R	Reetika Chatrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. I went to this store with my friends and my friend found a jacket for $169.00 which had 50% discount on it. For some reason their system was showing that it was for $77 We tried to tell the staff member. 5’3 black hair that it’s incorrect. But she started screaming at us and told us that the system can’t be wrong and 50% of $169 is $77 (smh) I tried to talk to her that it’s not correct but she wasn’t ready to understand. She called her manager and her manager told her that she was making a mistake. Discount needs to be added at 50% Instead of apologizing as she made a mistake. The Moment her manager left. she started screaming at us again. I know customer service can be hard at times. So I tried to apologize to her. Thinking that may be she was having a bad day or its possible that she misunderstood us but she stormed off and completely ignored me. If you are so unhappy with our job. Please quit. Don’t scream at others just because you are incompetent and you can’t do your job.

I was trying out an outfit and the staff was literally screaming at me saying “don’t take the whole day in the changing room” while I was only fitting 2 items. It’s very rude and unprofessional!!! This is the worst customer service ever! I will definitely not come back!

Visited today &yesterday, same experience with lady wearing Yellow top and black cardigan.I believe she is assistant manager. Special request to Store Manager Lashene, completely unsatisfied. I’ve been waiting in front for Fitting room for more than 40 minutes and suddenly she started her own community people from other fitting room and let them try first. Out of nowhere, she started YELLING ON ME. Ridiculous!! Even though those people were standing at back and there is line full there. I don’t know what she has been trying to do. MAKE SOME RIGID RULES AGAINST THESE KIND OF PEOPLE SO THEY WON’t BEING RACISIT. BEING A ASSISTANT MANAGER, SHE FORGET CUSTOMER IS KING OF MARKET!! Will never pay a visit here again, WORST WORST WORST STAFF!!

Price is definitely very very reasonable compared to market, well after all it's an Outlet store. If you love shopping and at the same time don't want to burn your wallet then this is the place. Only cons is "No Fitting room" policy and you won't get refund but exchange. So before you buy make sure you know what you are buying. Happy shopping ?

If you’re not against paying a little price for some of the items, you’re going to get a good buy. I love that the store is clean and organized but no changing room. It is wheelchair accessible but not through all the aisles. Great store though.
