A	Ashwa Lodhikawala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer Service with sales manager blatantly rude with snarky comments and very bad mannerisms. Products are good, but not worth spending your hard earned money on a place that makes you feel like they do not need your business. Kicker, store was completely empty when I went.
I	Ipsita B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wyrth sent me an email asking me for a review. Here is the problem, I never received my order! I called Canada Post, and they accepted the package could not be located and generated a claim, which Wyrth could claim as they are the sender. I emailed Wyrth, asking them to claim the money Canada Post had ready for them and either refund or re-send me the package. They refused to do so. So I have lost over $100! I cannot speak about the quality of their product since I haven't seen any, but I can undoubtedly say that online purchase was a bad experience and customer service told me outright told that they could not help me.
A	Ash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non existent customer service- items ordered were received broken. They do not answer emails or voicemails. I even tried Instagram. Dinnerware was a set I could have purchased on Amazon for far less. I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. Please take your business elsewhere and learn from my mistake. What a waste of money.

I’m currently redecorating my home therefore I’m on a budget, but couldn’t find the trendy items I’ve been on the hunt for that are either overpriced at other decor stores, or cheap quality. Not only did I find high quality items at Wyrth, but I also picked up a few extra things as well!

I sent them an email with the picture and they returned my email within a few days to confirm my replacement bowl. Very pleased with my experience!
V	Valerie D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Ordered online and received the dog bowl pictures. It’s incredibly uneven and extremely poor quality. Even with the pieces added to the bottom it doesn’t sit flat. Emailed customer service with no responses for over a week and when I called the store they couldn’t help because it was an online order. Was also told I would have to pay to return the defective item they sent to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Also ordered red & white wine glasses - the white wine glasses have a super short stem and again online don’t specify that. Will be going out of my way to return the whole order because their customer service is so bad. Do not recommend this store at all, don’t let their online ads fool you. The quality is terrible.

I bought two sets of dishes, one set arrived with a broken bowl and no one will answer me via email or telephone. I tried to leave a true review of the dishes on the actual item on their page and found out they filter the reviews only showing the good ones!! The dishes were low quality and not worth the price point at all (uneven surfaces making the plates wobbly on a flat surface and glaze drips all over the bowls). Save your money and buy from a company with integrity and honesty. Wyrth is not it.

Even though they usually require you to send it back and wait for a refund, he saw that I drove from Brampton and decided to exchange it for a new one like I requested. I work in customer service myself and his care for Wyrth's clients is inspiring. Happy to have supported this business and will continue to shop here! Thanks again :)
