D	D Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a box spring. correction-foundation. No springs but looks solid inside. Good price and same day delivery fee was great. Better than any chain store. They wore masks and very thorough with advice on what to do if I need to exchange it. You should call MySleep Furniture before buying elsewhere. I think I prefer the foundation.

However, Gary was quick to show me other mattress alternatives that they carried within my price range. I ended going with a different mattress than the one I had originally come in for, and I'm super happy I did. Gary offered it to me for a wonderful deal, and was even able to accommodate same day delivery to my door with no issues. I'll be returning to MySleep Furniture very soon to purchase a new bed frame. Highly recommend, 5 stars!

When I opened the couch it had stains and obvious wear, so a bit brown in the light. I was asked to send an email with photos. I followed up with a call and was told I would receive a call later. So I drove up with one of the couch pieces to show Gary the owner. He said he couldn’t see anything wrong. I said I would gladly wait did a new one but he said no. He offered me a $30 discount for the trouble. The product was not new, was probably in a showroom where several people sat on it. I tried to keep my business local as we are going through tough times and it’s important to support our businesses. Gary is very dishonest. Do not buy from here take your money and find an honest company who cares about their customers. The bed frame had stains as well and the workmanship, like a highschool project. I hate to say it but if your making a big purchase stick to the big box companies because if something is wrong they will gladly fix it.

I bought three twin size mattress in Oct 2021. It has been not even 6 months and all gone bad. When I talked to them abouth this issue, they refused. So, pls dont buy anything from them. Customer Relationship is very bad.
t	tapan bhanderi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a queen size bed ( 141 - Black ) about two weeks ago and totally disappointed with this product. The legs failed on the very first day. I have been working in sheet metal industry for more than 5 years. According to me , the legs are made of flimsy material and therefore it can't handle much weight. Structure has been designed very poorly. Here comes even the bigger nightmare. I complained on the very same day and the owner ( Garry ) didn't bother to listen complain over the phone and asked me to send email. I sent him email with the same photos i have attached with this review. It's been two weeks and the owner hasn't even acknowledged the complain yet but i know for sure he is going to respond to my google review right away wrongfully defending this product ( just like other reviews). I gave one star because you can't post review without it but this experience deserves 0 star. Special comment for owner : " If you are running business, please do provide customer service and just don't disappear after selling the product. Thanks to you , i scrapped the bed yesterday."

Gary even called me in the morning to inform me there was a better quality mattress at a lower price if I wanted to switch it. Of course I did and there was an instant refund to my MasterCard right after our conversation. I am a repeat customer been buying something every year for over a decade. When it comes to My Sleep Corp you have to look at the service and not the actual product as he doesn't manufacture the products himself. While he does offer some of the cheapest furniture out there, you have to remember you get pay what you pay for. The cheaper the item, the cheaper the quality, the faster the items will wear and tear. I love their mattresses. Also if you go to the show room, ask him for advice, he is very direct and will tell you if it's bad or good and will recommend you what you are looking for. Gary is not a small talk type of guy, he's straight to business type, he's nice guy if you are nice to him. Also be patient, I think its a one man show there, he works the showroom in the day , makes the orders, answers customers and makes the delivery himself in the evenings. So if he doesn't contact you within 24hrs, its not the end of the world.
