D	Derek Zhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the product but the installation is a nightmare. Had it delivered on last Tuesday. They were late and missing screws end up having it installed half way. Come back a week later another guy said he bought the wrong thing. Now almost 2 weeks my bed is still can’t be used. Called multiple with them said technician will contact me and he never calls. Really sick and tired of chasing after. This is probably one of my worst experience ever. Be aware if you decide to pay extra for the “white glove installation”.

Most importantly the quality of the furniture is extremely well made. Our last couch purchase was a great sectional that is super comfortable but still looks new after almost 2 years. It's nice to know that our couch will stand the test of time, in a market that most furniture has become disposable. We highly recommend Small Space Plus if your looking for a couch or any other furniture.

After they built the items for me, I could not get the Jonas table adjustable height feature to adjust properly once they left. The team at Small Space Plus went above & beyond to help me figure out how to fix the problem. They had very quick response times, sent me videos of solutions to try, & then ended up walking me through how to fix it on the phone. (Ended up being less than a 5 minute fix with their help!)

I recently had to work with the customer service team on an issue I was having with the handle, and they were so responsive, kind and helpful to all of my questions and ultimately had a service tech come to my home within 24 hours to completely fix the issue, free of charge. I'm super impressed and would buy from them again!

The gold star delivery option is well worth it - there was an issue with the latching mechanism after installation which the technicians repaired in a timely way. Very friendly service from the show room to installation and repair. Would definitely purchase from Small Space Plus again!

They have amazing customer service and rapidly addressed and resolved all my questions. My apartment is super small (450 sq ft) and the modular nature of the Waterloo is perfect for my needs. It’s bigger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing because all the pieces can be repositioned. I currently have it set up in an L shape using 5 pieces because my wall is too short to position it fully horizontally. I’m using the extra piece as a separate chair. When you reposition it to a bed, it makes a slightly larger queen. I bought a padded queen mattress cover and it just barely stretches over it. Plus the extra storage is super appreciated! I also picked up the Haredon side table and I think it's gorgeous + functional! Highly recommended for downtown Toronto living! Thank you Small Spaces team!
