★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd strongly RECOMMEND AGAINST dealing with this company. About 6 years ago, I purchased a laser from them as a "scratch and dent" special(came with warranty, etc), pretty much a brand new unit with cosmetic damage. It did not meet advertised specifications and was promptly returned for inspection and repair. It was an 8 month fiasco of playing catchup before I got the unit back; to my dismay, the unit still did not meet spec. I emailed them outlining the problem and expressing my displeasure and they claim that one of their "head technicians" had simply "not processed" a whole bunch of repairs and had since been fired. It's pretty clear that they never repaired my unit in the first place and instead of owning up to their "head technician's" mistakes, they had the audacity to ask me for another inspection fee.
My money and equipment tied up and unusable but this fiasco cost me significant amount of money due to the downtime.
