★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best car shopping experiences my wife and I have ever had. Our representative was Andrew Tran and before even meeting us officially, he was holding the door for us and welcoming us to the dealership.
Once we found out he was going to be helping us, it was an amazing experience. Andrew is welcoming, polite, personable and extreme knowledgeable. Throughout our casual conversations, he was able to gauge our needs and budget without having to ask us. He suggested our best options from the inventory they had and helped us understand the car industry as well.

No forceful sales tactics. David made all the financing details super clear and simple. Rachel gave a great walk-through and orientation for my new vehicle. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely go back for my next vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Volvo lease I wanted out of early to get into a bigger Volvo model and so worked with the dealership for both. I dealt with Bosco in sales who was so attentive and more importantly respectful. I was there with my husband and young baby and he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. I also appreciated that he spoke to me and recognized it was my vehicle purchase and didn’t assume it was my husband making the decision about the vehicle (which has been my experience with some other dealerships in the past) I live 2.5 hours away and could have worked with many other dealerships but would make the drive again to deal with Bosco, 10/10 experience for me!

We just bought our third Volvo from him. At times we had questions and would text message him and he always replied no matter the day or time. Our experience is positive and we always felt satisfied. Jimmy has gone above and beyond for us and proved how much he appreciates our loyalty. I'd also like to add the most important thing to us when buying a car is that we aren't pressured to buy, because being pressured doesn't make the experience enjoyable. Jimmy never "pushed" us to purchase. His knowledge, politeness and helpfulness is what made us buy from him and what makes us come back to this dealership every time we need a new car!
