Just want to say thank you very much for your professional and passionate, family care, transparent customer service you provided. You made my purchase experience so easy, efficient, and so delightful. Car arrived earlier then we thought. Sales was following up quite often with us and give us the update on time. Sales manager is very nice and kindly helped us with all the concerns that we had including trade ins and features chosen. Our experience can never be better and thank you again to the Audi Uptown sales team for the most happiest car purchasing experience. The purchase process started about a week ago when I reached out to Uptown Audi to make some inquiries. Nikki Miao contacted me back promptly and set up an appointment to come to see him at the dealership. My wife and I have very busy schedules and it was challenging for us to schedule and ideal time to come in. Nikki was very accommodating and even went above and beyond to come in on his day off to help us. Nikki was highly knowledgeable about the entire process of purchasing a vehicle from Audi and also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features/functions. This gave us confidence and put us at ease with the whole purchase process. The vehicle was ready for pick on the promised time/date (took about 1 week from beginning to end). Nikki ensured that the vehicle was in excellent condition on the pick up date and even added the nice gesture of putting a red bow on the vehicle when I arrived (perfect for mother's Day weekend). Nikki also took the time to go over all the functions and features of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Uptown Audi and Nikki went above and beyond to find my wife and I the perfect vehicle. I was referred to Jay by a friend of mine. I went to see him with 0 information about the Sq8, and casually booked a test drive just for another model. Yet he explained patiently and compared different models that I might be interested in from beginning to the end. I want to give Jay a 5 star review because I am a nice person:) .....AND because he is very helpful and knowledgeable in this industry. He replied to my messages and questions instantly; also a very easy going person to communicate with in my opinion. If you ever decide to make a visit @Audi Uptown, definitely recommend reaching out to Jay Wu.
