β β β β β Bought speakers from owner. I was told speakers are plug and play for my car, despite my concerns. And it really did turn out to be as difficult as I read and feared. The owner struck me as someone who doesnβt listen and just want to make quick sales.
Will not repeat.

β β β β β Excellent service. Had issues installing my amp, and assumed my subs I had gotten were ok. Got the setup looked at and fixed within minutes, explained the subs were blown. Definitely would go back there if any sort of audio issues, or installations I need done.

β β β β β The staff Wayne is very professional, and has confident what they can do.
The CiC iDrive of my 2011 BMW is out of order and keeps rebooting. I was told from the dealer that it is at least $3k+ for installing a new one.
I dropped by and told Wayne about the problem, he instantly quoted me the price and said he has a guy can repair the iDrive.
They pulled the iDrive out, replaced the circuit boards, and installed it back into my car. It is fixed and working normally.
I only paid one third of what the dealer quoted. Thank youοΌWayne.

β β β β β Seemingly popular place for audio installs. It seems to be a 'hit or miss' for customer satisfaction. This is possibly due to an experienced head staff member (which would gain this review 2 more stars), but somewhat unknowledgeable tempermental owner over-ruling things by unprofessionally arguing with his employees in front of customers, lands a 1 star.
A lack of organization, professional customer service, and integrity at the management level will inevitably affect your satisfaction, as well as your time spent, and install cost.
Depending on the item or complexity of install, you may find yourself over waiting and paying extra as the owner gives priority to drop in customers, while leaving customers who have made an appointment 'on the hoist' likely in order to maximize his own daily profits/work, and at your expense. #letsguide

β β β β β Horrible service, too too toooooo pricy, and the guy have attitude problem. In my case i have my camera and need installation, every other store gave me price of 150$. I was trying for a better deal, then i called him, his answer was come in here will do for best price, i have to travel 25km go there and he says 285$+ tax. It was not only me, there were 2 other customers who left the place because of the same reason of too pricy. He hardly speaks, few words and says *GOOO* . Would never visit again.
