Great service. Great products. Good price. My friend and I recently bought a turntable, a phono pre amp and a streamer from Kennedy HiFi. Both Sean and Chris were very helpful.

Having just had a wonderful experience with Markus Bundze from Kennedy-Hifi, I wanted to share some observations, in the hopes that they may be useful for others  I met Markus a few months ago on one of the audio related facebook groups that I frequent. We had had a number of pleasant conversations but I hadn’t really given it much more thought beyond that. When I realised that he was a dealer it struck me that he actually never had anything negative to say about other people’s systems… even if it was not gear that he caries, or gear that was not particularly expensive, or gear that he wouldn’t buy himself. He was always kind to others and had kind things to say about their systems. If you’ve been in this hobby for even a little while, you’d have quickly realised how much of a rarity that is in this hobby, and even more so in dealers. More often than not, the gear that they don’t carry is presented as utter garbage, a fact which I fund utterly distasteful. In fact, I only know of only one other dealer that always has a positive and encouraging word regardless of where a piece was bought. But I digress, all of this to say that my first few impressions of Markus were most excellent. So when I had finally decided to buy a Simaudio integrated, he was the first person I got in touch with. Perhaps this is more a commentary of the times, but we conducted the entire transaction online. The whole time Markus was responsive, pleasant, and kind in communicating. When there was a small mix-up with the shipping, he called me immediately said: β€œDon’t worry about it, I’ll sort it out.” Two days later the amp was at my door. And in the mean time he was constantly in touch to update me on where things are. So, yeah, I’d say that that’s about as good a customer service as it gets. I personally didn’t need much advice in making a decision, I already knew what I wanted. But in my, now many, interactions with Markus on the various online fora, I can tell that he is incredibly knowledge, not just of the products that he carries, but of the audio landscape in general. I can also tell you that he is a committed and passionate music lover. I could go on, but this is already getting lengthy. So bottom line, if you are in the market for any of the products that Markus carries, I’d strongly encourage you to give him a shout, I suspect you won’t regret it. I certainly didn’t! I've dealt with many high end retailers over the years. This shop is hands down is the most patient, inclusive and welcoming establishments I've ever been to. Knowledgeable with no snake oil marketing, anything from sorbothane isolation feet to thousand dollar towers they've got you covered. They've earned my business. 10/10 would recommend. Markus is the man!

The man working there was amazing. Super nice and helpful. He also knew everything, he was able to answer any questions I had. From price ranges, to how they worked, the man at the counter knew everything. The stuff at the store was high end, with the top speakers, and turntables. The selection was crazy for such a little store. I would highly recommend if you are looking for home theater equipment, speakers, and turntables.

Great experience. I purchased a NAD amp and had some issues with it. I didn’t want to send the amp back to warranty, since I came across this issue right out of the box. After a few calls, Shawn took ownership of the issue. He arranged a meeting with the NAD guy (I think his name was Nick), in the store. The NAD guy helped me to troubleshoot my amp. All the store personnel, including the NAD guy, were very professional, polite, patient, and friendly. They made sure that I have answers to all my questions. I will buy from them again.

I have ordered parasound 2250 from you guys, paid the deposits and been promised I will get it by this Friday 31st of December. I called the store, nobody answered the phone calls , no body gave me a call and update with me about the order status. I am standing in front of your door and writing this email. It is first time i am doing business with you guys, and it was terrible experience. Please have your manager give me call and explain to me what happen. I need this item for a holiday activities.

Marcus is a really nice guy. Very kind, humble. I bought some yamaha speakers from him and had an issue. He did a great job rectifying the problem. I want to add that he also has very fair prices and I like that he has a nice spacious store (many hifi stores are like shoe boxes). Keep up the good work Marcus. Maybe I'll grab a tube amp from you ! :)
