I spoke to Jay on the phone and felt confident ordering online from this company. What amazing service. We exchanged a few emails and I had the amplifier sitting in my home in PEI two days after placing my order. I even live in a rural area. My shipping was also upgraded to a different carrier, as Jay thought it was a better option. I was really pleased. Communication was fantastic. Jay obviously has a great deal of knowledge in all things audio and in the future I would not hesitate to order from Audio Excellence again.

I called and made an offer for a pair of speakers they were asking 18,000 I offered him 15,000 he called me back with a massive attitude, sounded almost insulted as if I had hurt his feelings; saying that my offer was too low and that he wouldn’t recommend his customer take the offer! I told him that there was another pair for sale for 14,000 and he went on ranting about how the guy wanted to get rid of the speakers and he was low on his price blah blah blah blah you figured that if somebody calls with $15,000 of disposable income in this current economy to buy a pair of speakers you’d be a little bit courteous and professional, I was willing to go up in my offer but with that attitude not a chance in hell!
