β β β β β The worst experience I have ever had with a taxi company. I called ahead to ensure there would be no issues and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. I called the day of and they had no record of me calling. I am so understanding of why UBER is taking over now. I tried to plan multiple trips for 15 children and the drivers went to the wrong location, were rude and blamed me for the confusion. They did not even end up picking up all the kids! I called to confirm pick up after this and was referred to a different number to call. Will NEVER BE using this taxi company ever again.

β β β β β If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were on time for the first ride. The next two rides I had, they were 15 minutes late, then made me pay for 407 in order to get to my destination on time. The driver was also rude and unprofessional. I understand you tried your best, but late is late, and you don't get to give me attitudes. When I made a reservation online for 8:15am, called at 7am to confirm (I called, they never call or email or text to confirm), I expect a cab at 8:15am. Why would I pay more for taxi service when you're no more reliable than Uber drivers?

β β β β β We recently needed a taxi to take my future bride and her Maid of Honour to the reception, and both locations are in Markham. Everywhere else wanted to charge $450 to $500, even though it is only a 10 minute drive. Plus other companies only offered a stretch limo and we only needed a nice limo for 2 to 3 people. We booked it with Peter and Rachel...both people were very pleasant and understanding. Our driver arrived promptly and was very friendly and courteous. I've used them also for business and was also very pleased each time.

β β β β β Poor service waited for a taxi for 35 minutes I called 5 times for a status and was told there was no cars available. Then I was told that they gave my order to Able taxi services and that they would be at my location in 5 minutes. 10 minutes went by still no taxi. I called back Markham taxi and was told that Able taxi had just spoken to me which clearly was not true I was placed on hold while the dispatcher called Able taxi for an update and they were told that they also had no cars available. So after 45 minutes I received a call from Able taxi saying they were 10 minutes away. Very poor service from Markham taxi they lied and gave me the run around and had me waiting for 45 minutes....not the first time

β β β β β Loved the driver was friendly he showed up earlier than requested the van was clean and smelled fresh he had on his mask and was polite the ride from markham to downtown was smooth and relaxed I enjoyed the van ride service more room and spacious it follows the social distancing for seating so I liked that

β β β β β The drivers are usually fine, but the driver I had was terrible had a car that was a car that was what cars used to be called boats was running terrible smelled gas fumes and expected me to pay.more then the ride was he didn't have the meter on anyway,I told him I called Beck taxi and told him to go.Do NOT USE THIS DRIVER.And if I could I would give him no stars at all!And the car did not have a anything saying the car was a cab no cab number no ID nothing and very unprofessional!!!I WILL NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY AGAIN!!!

β β β β β The worst taxi company in Markham. They are completely unprofessional and don't care about their customers. The dispatcher is rude is rude an ignorant. He just yelled at me on the phone and asked me if I wanted be f___king Cab or not. Extremely rude. I don't suggest you using them I don't understand how they're in business. Also Promised the cab would arrive in 15 minutes. This was a complete lie the cab did not arrive till an hour later. There was no bad weather nor was it any rush hour time. Call someone else stay away from this company.
