β β β β β Sam is an incredible instructor with tons of experience from his time in the military and competitive shooting.
He made the course material extra fun and easy to pick up for those with some to no experience with firearms.
He has a great sense of humour and is super patient with his students.
6/5 would recommend!

β β β β β I took the firearms "restricted and non-restricted" course in Dec-2021 instructed by one of the legendary instructors (Sam). The course was done professionally with the highest standards. Sam went through the course materials and powerpoints in detail so everyone would understand the importance of firearms safety. He doesn't rush and took his time to help out his students. The student literally can ask any questions, and Sam would teach them the best practices with life examples. I was impressed of how he managed to make it fun and genuinely sharing his firearms experience. I would highly recommend anyone that want to take the firearms courses with Sam.

β β β β β I took two days course for non-restricted and restricted firearms. It was extensive with lots of information to digest, but Sam made it really interesting on both theoretical and practical levels. He was very competent, no wonder here - he is a Canadian Forces veteran and made the course material fun. I would recommend him and his school to anyone planning getting into sport or range shooting or hunting. Thanks Sam!

β β β β β Just finished my non restricted and restricted course February 2022. Sam was an amazing instructor very professional and informative. He would explain real world scenarios that help better understand the concepts of the course. Sam was also very funny, he would crack a joke from time to time and made the class very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Samβs training to anyone looking for there non restricted or restricted license.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with your SAFETY training because ultimately that is the most important aspect about firearms and my biggest take away! I completed the two-day non-restricted and restricted firearms safety training.
The course content is pretty dry, but Sam amped it up with his real life experiences and passion for safety training! I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for an upbeat firearms instructor with tons of knowledge in the field.

β β β β β I could not ask for better instructor!!! Deserves more than just 5 stars! I did 2 day course and I enjoyed it so much. I decided to do this course because I wanted to learn a new skill. When I registered I thought it will be boring, but not at all! Sam made everything possible for us to enjoy the course. Even though course was intense and we had to learn a lot, I did not feel tired. Sam definitely has a talent to make this course fun. I would not mind to take this course again, but only with him. Also big thanks to his wife who was extremely nice during 2-day course!

Sam remained professional and informative throughout the entirety of the weekend while offering his own experiences as a veteran of the Canadian Forces. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to learn about firearms safety.

β β β β β Sam was a great instructor. My friends signed me up for the course and it was an amazing two days. Sam was very knowledgeable coming from real life experiences. He taught the whole class as if we were babies which I wouldn't have any other way considering it is a GUN SAFETY COURSE. He s still managed to keep the whole class entertained being professional but also humorous. Feel lucky to have him fit you into the schedule because it was an awesome class for me.
