β β β β β My very first online order for a firearm and from another provinceοΌ Was skeptical if the item would arrive undamaged shipping from Ontario to BC, especially for an expensive piece like the Tavor, but I decided to go for it and glad I didοΌ My order got shipped out the next day and Tenda put the gun in a nice bag and in a box, it arrived undamaged.
Oh and of course the reason why I bought from Tenda is because of their priceοΌ

β β β β β Every time I order it's a nightmare. Have to call constantly for updates. Ordered a week ago main page says free shipping but they held my order because shipping was too much. No attempt to contact me. They are good at charging the credit card though that went through real quick. Last order was substantially worse. Ordered a scope and waited 2 weeks called for an update and they claimed they were out of stock waiting for more to come in. Again didn't bother to call and update. Prices are cheap but not worth the headaches

β β β β β I put my self on a want list for a Henry Rifle quite awhile ago . I actually forgot I had done that. I was notified when this rifle showed up and I made my purchase. Excellent service and communication. I really like the fact that they do e-transfer. Very quick delivery. Totally satisfied with the rifle as well.

β β β β β Placed two orders in December and was told free shipping didn't apply due to my address. Told them fine charge me shipping but combine the orders. Received one box marked 1 of 2. It contained less than half of the first order. Emailed them about the 2 of 2 not showing up and was told the ammo I ordered was out of stock. Tried to substitute a different ammo and by the time they finally got back to me it was also sold out. They have no problem taking your money but the the rest of the transaction seems to be more than they can handle. Spent thousands in the past year there and this is their customer service? Better off lighting your money on fire as it will still be less frustrating in the end.

β β β β β I don't live nearby so I have no idea what it's like in person. However I have nothing but good to say of online shopping here. I have ordered ammo, restricted and non-restricted. Each time they were fast, my order was absolutely accurate, and when I had special instructions they went out of their way to help. Also, I've found that their prices are very competitive. I definitely recommend them.

β β β β β Really good email communication, usually get an answer within just minutes. My product arrived damge and within about 15 minutes and a half dozen pictures, a claim was opened with the shipper. Outcome was extremely favourable, settlement paid out again within minutes. Handling time was took a bit longer than I expected, but a quick phone call and I was assured it would he shipped that evening and it was. I'll definitely give them another try when the mood strikes and the bank account says it's okay. I considered buying some ammo after the fact, but the shipping was astronomically high. So a local shop did me just fine on that. But that's the only issue I've encountered so far, if you're not buying something big ticket you're paying for that shipping boy. Oh, you're paying for it indeed.

β β β β β First and foremost, I will start off by saying that this is overall a very good company and I would definitely buy off them again.
However, for the review:
I had purchased something off them that ended up being not quite what I was looking for. However customer service was very helpful at getting it sorted out for me in a timely manner.
If you want something super specific off them I'd recommend phoning them to verify they have it and including the specifications in the order comments. But other than that they seem like a great store with amazing customer service and hard to beat prices.
Shipping was fast, item was well packed, no complaints there.
I would definitely buy off them again and will recommend them.
