★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After performing the A/C diagnostic to determine the source of the problem with my A/C, the technician was able to come up with a comprehensive multi-step approach to correct the issue. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct the issue and provided me a few well-thought-out options if the corrective action was not successful. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable and he really made my experience with Reliance an excellent one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and trust worthy company to rely on any home comfort needs like hot water, AC, Furnace, etc. Sales team is very knowledgeable and to the point. Installers are professional. I had to call service technicians from Reliance for my water heater rental and they had come to service it within hours of calling them. Had installed a new AC last week. They were supper professional from sales representative to installers. They did prefect job and I am happy that I contacted Reliance Home Comfort for my AC needs. They deserve 5 stars and they got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience with our technician, Chris, in Toronto. He called letting us know of his ETA and arrival; was kind, courteous, quick and efficient. He was also extremely personable; the exact kind of professional you want to welcome into your home. He immediately addressed the issue with our kitchen sink and communicated to us how he would be fixing it. He set up shop and was done in under 10 mins. We now have an unclogged drain, better water pressure and a secured tap. Amazing service!

He explained everything that he was doing and made sure that leakage is fixed by testing it thoroughly. Also shared some great advice on the upkeep. I would highly recommend working with Chris. He diagnosed the issue efficiently and accurately. He took the time to explain step by step what was going on and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Thankfully he had the part in stock and and was able to repair it within minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He was running late due to busy winter calls and he took the time to let me know ahead of time. I really appreciated that. This was a 10/10 experience. Well done!

The sales representative, Paul, was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, polite and informative. The installers were respectful of my home and left area clean. They took the time explain what was done regarding the new install for both items and answered all my questions.
I have no hesitation in recommending Reliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been thinking about a water softener for a while now and when I called Reliance and spoke to Paul he was very helpful..we talked about my needs, daily water use and budget and he then explained the different options and gave recommendations..he then set up a time a convenient time for the install, which was quick-less than an hour. Very happy with my new system-its what I was looking for and extremely affordable. A few days after the install, Paul called to follow up to make sure there were no issues and also gave his contact info should I have any questions or concerns in the future. All in all, great customer service and a fab new water softener that was within my budget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ac broke the day before two of the hottest days on May. I got multiple quotes from many people. I called Relianxe because of their name, but used them because of the sales advisor that I met named Jackson. He was polite, showed multiple options and very respectful. That can be a hard thing to do since I do look very young, but he spoke to me like he would with any other person. He gave me space to think about it with my partner, and he was very professional the entire time. The technicians Nick and Victor did an incredible job. They were both amazing about putting down carpets, keeping there work space clean, ensuring they had enough space to work. They made sure I understood how to operate everything, and that I didnt have any questions. They worked so fast, I also got a furance too. The entire thing maybe took 5-6 hours. Thank you so much guys, I appreciate your service.
