Novel Care crew was very informative and he spent enough time by not rushing to install the tankless water heater. He visited twice to follow up and enquired in case if we had any issue. I would strongly recommend this company for your installation.

The crew has proved to be an individual with excellent customer service, professional in their work, and honest with their answers. I was looking to install a ductless air conditioner, and I'm so glad I hired Novel Care to get me what I want. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Novel Care crew arrived exactly on time a few days later, where very polite and friendly, and within a couple hours had a furnace running. Also received a follow up call to ensure we were happy with it.

And they came through on their promise. They sent in a professional named L**yd, and he was fantastic. He actually worked through the system and did the job that they were paid to do. I am appreciative of The second technicians attention to detail . I wish they had sent in this fellow originally. The company also offered me a courtesy tune up.for 2022. Which is great. It shows that the company actually cares about their clients. And I appreciate that. Thank you. I cannot update my review to 5 stars out of principle and that I endured quite.a lot.of.clean up and destroyed items I had to throw out. They sent it a brand new technician without any equipment. Then The guy flooded my basement. He never did the paid for work on May 18 2021. He spent 1 hour mopping up the basement with my towels and I had to throw out 3 rugs. I have video and pictures of the mess they left after they flooded my basement. Called the company and left a message, and to this date no one has called me back to apologize or offer me a full refund. Unbelievable!!! i had to throw out 3 rugs and multiple towels after clean up The compnay did not even send clean up items with the technician. What a great experience with the annual maintenance! The Novel Care employee, Reza, arrived exactly on time and he was very polite, professional, and friendly. He was super hardworking and a great example of someone you want working for your company! Would love to see him acknowledged internally because he made the process easy and informative for my mom and I.

One of the best customer experiences I've ever received. Not only was Novel Care crew knowledgeable with assessing the ductless heat pump repair, he also added value to the visit by providing tips on how to take care and also fixed some of the things that weren't done during the initial install by another company.

Novel Care was quick to respond with a quote and details I was looking for. They offered a great price for a ductless air conditioner I was looking for. Much better price than other quotes I had. The installation was smooth and clean. Highly recommended.
