His teaching is great and enjoyable, and he’ll answer every single question you have. Susan is very helpful and kind, surely you’ll enjoy your safety course here! If you pay attention in class, you’ll do well on your exams. Jim is not and never trying to fail you, he is expecting you to do the safe procedures! The course is mainly around safety, it’s not about how great is your marksmanship. If you’re applying PAL, Jim is the instructor you want to find! 10/10 for Jim and Susan. Looking forward for Jim’s website too! And as always, Salutem Primum!

However Walter and Russell did a great job guiding everyone through proper firearm safety and handling, and by the end of the course I felt confident in my newfound ability to properly and safely handle a firearm.

Russell and Walter created an environment where everyone felt comfortable and safe- they were patient with our questions, and prepped us well to handle firearms. They were excellent instructors, and made sure that we understood what we were learning. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a course delivered by warm and professional people. J	Jackie Goordial on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get this course completed for a work safety requirement ( as opposed to someone who would call themself a gun enthusiast or looking at it for a hobby/ hunting) and so went in with a "work" mindset - I found this was truly an enjoyable and fun course to take, in addition to being very informative and practical. This was the second venue I looked at to take this course --> The first venue had a weird vibe that made me a bit uncomfortable ( ex. posters up with phrases like "we don't call the cops, we use Colt 45's") and so I decided to look elsewhere. Bents Safety's on the other hand was incredibly professionally delivered, and I am walking away from the course feeling confident that I will be able to handle firearms safely at work.

While this is safety course and Walter and His son were serious about that, they were very informative and knowledgeable as well as taking the time to make sure you were equipped to succeed on the final exam. I can’t wait to enjoy my new hobby. If you’re thinking of taking both or either of these courses I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars hands down.
