★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the listing agent representing our mutual client; the seller. The worst real estate law office I've ever had one of my clients close their property with. Very poor communication. Reckless behaviour. Left closing to the last minute. Definitely did not put our mutual clients best interests first. Put our mutual client in position for law-suits because of their negligent behaviour. Will be reporting their lack of professionalism to the Law Society of Ontario. Definitely would never recommend this law firm. Made mistakes during closing of transaction yet did nothing to rectify the issues. As a real estate professional that cares about our client, I am still trying to rectify issues even 45 days past closing and this law firm has been unresponsive to take responsibility for their errors and oversights. These errors will likely cost our mutual client thousands of dollars yet he paid himself in full.
