Shahwar is a very understanding and caring lawyer. He actually took the time to talk me through the process of selling and buying for the same day and guaranteed that I would be in good hands with his staff. The communication from his entire staff was beyond par and they made the whole process easygoing. It's very hard to believe some of these negative reviews because they sound far from the truth!!! The receptionists were all very kind in providing information and putting me through to the law clerk working in my file. Mariyam Khan was able to communicate with my broker and realtor so that they can make sure my closings ran smoothly. I literally left all the work to these guys and they got the job done. I actually had completed my closing with OWS a couple months back and had an issue with the previous owners of the property. I'm very grateful to Shahwar's team for taking care of my claim with title insurance. I had come in for my own peace of mind to speak with someone in person and bring some photos and past bill payments only to be greeted by the sweetest receptionists. Honestly, asides from the trust that I have with this whole team, the hospitality I was shown when I came in was all too kind. I was given a coffee and had the pleasure of sitting down with Bella to get a sense of what the process looks like. It was a very quick fix and I'm happy to have been updated through the process and given the time and care. I really felt like I was being taken care of. Thank you so much again for all your help!
