★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 5' plum tree in spring of 2018. It never did shoot out, I called about warranty and it only covered if I brought in orginal receipt. I only purchase trees and shrubs at nurseries now that keep electronic copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TREES OR WARRANTY THEIR PRODUCT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a 30-IN Bagged & Caged 3-Stem Birch tree through one of their installers last year (2017) - Jeffries Nurseries salesman, Pete Van Vliet, was on site during the entire process mentioning how great of an install it was and how gorgeous of a tree it will be. He told us to "give it as much water as possible" - to which we watered it per the instructions that came with the tree. We purchased 3 other trees (provided by Jeffries) last year, and took care of them per the instructions, all of which survived wonderfully. Unfortunately, the 3-Stem birch did not survive winter, and with it being almost June, has completely died off (no buds/leaves, installer completed scratch test to verify that the tree has died). When Jeffries Nurseries contacted by our installer, they denied all liability and refused to warranty any of their product, which was installed less than a year ago, which was supposed to be "the most gorgeous tree on the block", according to Mr. Van Vliet. VERY DISAPPOINTED - the least they could do is provide a replacement for us to utilize, but they refuse even that. SCAM ARTISTS AT BEST - ALMOST CRIMINAL!
