★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They add extra charges on . Price not what quoted . Drivers do not wear a mask ( Im writing this during covid) . When you get to the airport you have to a walk a long way to the meeting area . I thought I was being picked up ? You have to call them . If you are coming in internationally and do not have a phone this is no help . Will not use again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenegotiated price provided, however when arriving at airport driver did not recognize or honour what was initially quoted. We confirmed pricing twice prior to pick up. They did not specify that due to our location on Hamilton Mt. We would be charged additional fee as well as for SUV limo.
Would not recommend this service due to what appears to be a cash grab, or their hidden fees, either way you cant be dishonest with your customers.
Would give less than 1 star if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the ride to the airport the night before, for a 6:30AM International flight. Received a confirmation email at 10:08 PM. I went to sleep knowing it was confirmed. “ Hi, Your pick up confirmed February 8 at 6.30am.- Ben
THEY WERE A NO SHOW. Pitch black, middle of winter, it took 4 calls for someone to finally get back to me. By then I was 1/2 way there in a taxi. Ben got back to me to say ‘well you never confirmed’ WHAT??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero stars I would. YOU HAVE ONE JOB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their services a week ago for my family and was very disappointed. The driver left one of the suitcases on the sidewalk in the airport, which I understand can happen to anyone. Unfortunately, afterwards I had to go back to the airport and find it. The driver didn't offer me any compensation or at least take us to the airport and back home.
