★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used them before no problems today April 5 they told me 15 minutes I waited over an hour when they called to let me know it is there I already had another ride tried calling them multiple times could not get a hold of them will not use them again when they called to say it was there I told them I tried to call and cancel then they just hung up on me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got picked up at the imperial inn hotel and told driver to go straight under the #1 to the husky station.(3 blocks away) Comming to the #1 he turned right to merge on, then had to drive a mile to turn around. At destiation he took a few bucks off which still was to high, i payed and walked away from the cab. Then noticed my credit cards and money and phone were still in the car. I called central to get him to come back. He came and reached out the passenger window with my stuff and speeded away. I looked, all my money was gone, and waved to him, he drove off. Then i called central again, later he argued he took no money. I had $80 in my wallet that had been taken out. This man is in a deluxe central silver car, with 526-4444 on front fenders with #24 there also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure the dispatcher knows for sure the time and place you need to be picked up. If not he will schedule it wrong. 10 to 9 is 8:50, not 9:50. Very displeased. Shaun's out to space, at least the drivers are good.

When dropping me off I requested to pay debit if that was okay and was met with "I'm sure we could work something out otherwise, not sure if your boyfriend would like it though" followed by "Just kidding. I would never do that, unless you were interested." I'm all for jokes, but those definitely aren't ones you make on the clock to someone you don't know in the slightest.

He is a child with mild disabilities and they have always made sure he was safe and got home in a timely fashion. Great company to deal with in regards to having an account as well. I've had some rough experiences with taxi drivers in the past and can positively say that Glen was one of nicest , humble and interesting people I've met, never mind in a taxi. Hopefully I can get his service in the future, wish I could tip as he deserves it. Thanks Glen :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took many different taxis with different drivers and everyone was friendly and professional. Not the newest vehicles but felt clean enough for me. The only time it took a bit of time to get a taxi was when multiple people called after our plane arrived but I feel that was understandable.
