★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make a big deal about offering “trauma informed” services, but that was just a huge false promise to me. None of the therapists I met with were able to respect boundaries and contributed to the already huge burden of system trauma that I am struggling with. A separate contract was even drafted to ensure that boundaries were clear for everyone, but the paperwork clearly only applied to me. Neither therapist was safe to bring up sexual topics or past negative therapeutic experiences with. After traumatizing you more, they will dump you without any resources for help available to you. I do not recommend anyone dealing with trauma, especially sexual trauma, to inflict this type of “care” onto themselves.
