★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refuse to fix what’s going on in the unit it is a Pandemic goin on I tried reaching the property manager but seem like they just cut the grass on this property and that’s it I been living here HollyWood Shawnee 7yrs born an raised in Atlanta Georgia all my life I move when I’m ready this my home it not always easy to just move an I work not to far from where I live they took on this property but don’t want to keep it up that’s the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this management company. I ended up with a chain smoker/hoarder in my unit. Received multiple complaints from the condo board ref this person, but acro assured me it wasn't that bad and that they had looked into it, which was a lie. All they did was ask a third party plumber what he thought after a visit. They put zero effort into quality of tenants or in following up, all that matters is they keep taking your money. This particular incident resulted in my condo being lit on fire.
