Badlands Training Centre - Medicine Hat
Our 4,400 square foot mezzanine overlooks our expansive gym floor and rock-climbing wall; the perfect location for a great stretch or warm-up, as well as a plethora of cardio machines to get that blood pumping. Two studio rooms can also be found on this floor that will feature multiple different types of class settings, so whether you’re at BTC for a rock-climbing adventure or a gentle yoga class, we have the fitness option to suit your needs.
Our 7,000 square foot gym floor is filled with elite training gear, as well as mobility and high-performance movement stations. This equipment will cater to everyone from the casual fitness crowd to the serious athlete, keeping everyone at the top of their game and to the level they desire.
Over 2,000 square feet of turf allows you to comfortably complete routines like walking lunges, sprints and all sorts of stretching exercises while giving you the feel of being outdoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooo awesome if you haven’t checked this place out swing on by. been coming here after working hot days in the sun!!! the climbing wall is sick and lotss of other training areas the best part is how open it is definitely not squeezed in. I believe they can accommodate any sort of training classes as well.
