He always helped me modify my workouts if needed but still made sure I was pushing myself. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Kaine is an awesome coach and can make any workout adjustable to any age and fitness level. I’m 53 and proud of what I have accomplished at this gym and how it makes me feel. And the whole community of people that go there have become like family. Great atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! I came home for Christmas break and it got a little extended, Kaine and Brittney were extremely accommodating with unknown schedule in regards to my membership. Kaine is an awesome coach and is very helpful in making each workout accommodating to your training level. I am fairly new to Crossfit and felt very confident each workout in knowing I wouldn't`t feel the workout was out of my skill level.
I will be back anytime I'm in town!
