Badlands Training Centre - Medicine Hat
Our 4,400 square foot mezzanine overlooks our expansive gym floor and rock-climbing wall; the perfect location for a great stretch or warm-up, as well as a plethora of cardio machines to get that blood pumping. Two studio rooms can also be found on this floor that will feature multiple different types of class settings, so whether you’re at BTC for a rock-climbing adventure or a gentle yoga class, we have the fitness option to suit your needs.
Our 7,000 square foot gym floor is filled with elite training gear, as well as mobility and high-performance movement stations. This equipment will cater to everyone from the casual fitness crowd to the serious athlete, keeping everyone at the top of their game and to the level they desire.
Over 2,000 square feet of turf allows you to comfortably complete routines like walking lunges, sprints and all sorts of stretching exercises while giving you the feel of being outdoors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family started coming here in September 2021 and absolutely love it. My wife and I do the daily workouts (CrossFit). My wife does spin, yoga, and HIFitness. Our kids love rock climbing, and all the kids classes and I do boxing 3 days a week.
The coaches here are some of the best I’ve ever experienced and our kids love coming. We love the sense of community here, the family oriented atmosphere and the constant positivity and encouragement. Such a fantastic asset to our community especially to any up and coming athletes who want to maximize their athletic potential and truly succeed.
