★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. today i had appointment for stress test and eco,. they did the eco and I was told to wait for the stress test in the room after 30 min. wait in the testing room i was told we can't do your stress test today you have to reschedule it, when i ask why? because the Dr. Arthur has to leave. spoke with head of the secretary why this happen? she can't give me an explanations than the Dr. has to leave. I ask for the e-mail. or contact# of the company. she gave me a fake e-mail and a fax#.

OMG this place will give more stress to your heart. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I'm not sure where to start. Yes the reviews are right appointments are not on time....... ultrasound machines need to be updated. How can you have old machines when your dealing with someone's health. Come on don't be cheap buy new technology so you can give accurate results. Hire more technicians to do the ultrasounds...... don't schedule so many appointments if you can't deal with the work load..... Hire more ultrasound technicians that are experienced in the field one ultrasound machine isn't going to cut it. Invest in technology and staff your patients will be happy.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not visit this place. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. To be honest, the washing machine and drier in their waiting area should have been a good enough indication of what to expect from them. The lady in the reception noted my health card number as my phone number! Rescheduled me and then on the day of appointment, I was told "Oh, your appointment was cancelled, would you like to book another appointment?". Avoid at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Mother there on Friday and I was so disgusted with the lack of precautions taken due to covid. NOBODY wiped down the chairs, the door handles, the reception area, the washrooms, nothing. My mom had to ask them to change the paper on the gurney as it wasn't changed from the prior person using it. The staff had a buffet lunch and standing around eating. Thought buffet's had to close during the shut down. My dog's animal hospital takes more precautions then this place...they should be ashamed of themselves!
