β β β β β I provided my doctor's referral paper with 2 different ultrasound imaging. The receiptionist only booked 1 appointment for me even after I confirmed with her. I had to take a day off for the appointment but was told only then that only 1 ultrasound appointment was booked. No explanation, no apology.

β β β β β Horrible customer service. My mother had a scheduled annual mammogram and it was her first time attending this location. She was 10 minutes late because it was difficult to find the place because it is located in the lower level. When she arrived the lab technician REFUSED to see her and told her to reschedule. She explained it was her first time coming to this location and had difficulty finding it but the technician still said no. My mother drove at least an hour for this appointment and said she is willing to wait for technician. After much back and forth between the front desk, the technician made her wait for about 45 minutes to conduct a FIVE MINUTES mammogram.
This is absolutely disgusting and an abusive use of power. The lack of human decency that this lab tech has is extremely peculiar and unprofessional.
Imagine your own mother, an immigrant, who is already scared to attend these places for her annual check up and faces people like her. There is absolutely no need to make the experience any worse than it is by behaving this way.
This is a gentle reminder to the lab tech, please reflect on your behaviour and learn to be more kind to others, especially your patients. I understand your time is valuable but if you are using your power to cause others unnecessary trauma.

β β β β β I had mammography as a patient, the lady who was tichnician screaming at me many times she had accent and when I asked her what she is telling, she started yelling at me and finally she said she is not doing it for me.
They did not do it for me at that day and sent me home.

β β β β β Staff was polite and friendly and I had my X-ray done in a few minutes. A little wait-time but it was understandable as they take walk-in X-rays.

β β β β β I was here today for an Xray. I cannot say anything yet about the quality of the images but I feel the need to praise the RECEPTION and how PROFESSIONAL my requisition was processed ! and how well organized this Clinic is!
At the RECEPTION almost instantly when I made an eye contact with one of the RECEPTIONISTS Ms. Tess, she asked me very kind and professional how she may assist me . The Requisition was processed in the minimum time, and in a very professional manner: let me state that I was for similar services in other places where the receptionists did not ask me if I consider any other Drs who shall be acknowledged regarding the results, if I need access to the images, she as well explained me extremely kind when and how I will be able to access the Report and the images.
I was very impressed about the the PROFESSIONALISM which Ms. Tess displayed: she definitely ADDED VALUE and CONFIDENCE in Hitek Medical Imagining services.
Immediately after the technician came and invited me to enter the Xray department. I will definitely choose this facility agaoin because of the OUTSTANDING professional and so well organized services that I received today. Thank you!

β β β β β The reception staff here are always polite and helpful. Alice deserves special mention for her quick and prompt response. My Sonographer that day was Shelley Jasmine, a soft spoken and gentle lady. I recommend her.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The technician doing my ultrasound was also very nice and friendly too.
She explained everything while she was preforming her duties.
I would definitely recommend this clinic

β β β β β This clinic is very organized and a great place to get pregnancy ultrasounds. The receptionists are so kind, helpful and proactive. I desperately needed a last minute same day appointment for an ultrasound and they came through and called me right away when a spot opened. This meant so much to me as I was waiting with a lot of anxiety over a pregnancy scare. Also, the lab technician that did my ultrasound was also a great experience.
