★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service!! My doctor was also very satisfied with the super fast results. Was trying to find a clinic that can do Xray and an ultrasound where i don't have to wait too long for an apt or where i don't have to split and go to a clinic more than once for these tests. The receptionist was super understanding and the tech was very gentle over my injured area without compromising quality. I was super satisfied with how well they disinfected the exam rooms and how clean the office was, which was super important to me during this Covid period. Very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment for an X-ray and ultrasound of my knee. They said masks are required in medical settings which is NOT true (it’s only required in hospital and congregate settings like long term care - they are way too self important here). Then they forgot about me between my ultrasound and X-ray so I sat around for more than half an hour for no reason. What’s the point of having an appointment if they can’t keep track of people?!? They rely on techs passing papers to the next tech and if that fails, they can’t look up appointments in their computer? One of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to for ultrasounds and X-rays (and I’ve been to a LOT for IVF, pregnancy and hernia related reasons). Waste of time, find another office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely lady did my x-ray and she was so careful with my wrist. I recently had a fracture and my cast was removed on the day of the xray . I dreaded the xray imaging because it hurt quite alot the last time i had it done at the hospital. The tech was so careful and gentle with my wrist, i felt almost no pain. Due to covid i was placed to wait in a beautiful gallery and everyone was following the rules regarding social distancing and masks. The facility was very clean. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole CCMSU experience is fantastic! I've come to this clinic a few times for knee ultrasounds, and I'm always greeted with friendly staff and professionalism. They've got a beautiful art gallery to ease your mind, and the equipment they use is top-quality. Great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service in a facility that is clean, well maintained and during this Covid crisis it is one of the few medical facilities where I truly felt comfortable. The technologist did ultrasound of my hand and wrist and according to my GP, it is one of the best radiological reports he has ever received! I will always book there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ultrasound experience with the technician, Jag. However, I gave a rating of less than what I would like as the receptionist who was a white young woman gave me some attitude. Maybe she had a bad day, but not so professional on her part and quite rude. But other than that, great experience and no complaints with the technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I had such a great experience at this clinic. Firstly, the clinic itself was very clean and tidy. I was greeted by friendly staff and got to enjoy the beautiful art gallery on my short walk to ultrasound. The technician, Ali, was very polite. You can tell this individual cares for his patients and is very competent in his field. Definitely recommend!
