★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor from the walk-in clinic in the same mall sent me over for X-rays on my knee.
Receptionist was pleasant and helpful and after a 15 min wait I was sent in for my X-ray. Technician was quite pleasant. This was on a Saturday afternoon.
By noon Sunday the walk-in clinic had my results.
I don’t think you can ask for any better service.
PS. I find you usually get treated the way you treat other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just not a professional place to get an ultrasound done. The ultrasound technician was as cold as the room I was in. I just stayed quiet and tried to be friendly because these people are rendering a necessary service but thankfully we have choices in this big city and I choose not go back. If some of these businesses were sitting there with nothing to do all day and no clients, you would see proper adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thus far, I have only had very positive experiences here. Staff are generally courteous and I have not had to wait. My appointment's have always been on time (I hate having to wait), quick and done professionally. I had a late afternoon appointment (only time they had) which required fasting and I had missed their reminder call. They took the time to leave a very detailed voicemail with various suggestions on how to fast during the day and advised of construction on the streets in the area causing major delays. I've been here half a dozen times already. I've always made appointments well in advance, so I don't know if the walk-in experience is different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised to see all these negative comments about this clinic. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I get all my medical imaging done here NEVER have I had a negative experience. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I usually don't post reviews but after reading the poor reviews on here I just had to give credit to the staff especially the Sri Lankan girl at the front reception. She always greets me with a warm smile. People need to remember you reap what you sow. Treat people with kindness and it will be returned back to you. Keep in mind, it is a medical clinic certain situations are beyond their control, the staff try their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I hope this message reaches her. Please know your hard work is appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katherine here. Just left after having an ultrasound on my leg. Excellent service from my first call to book the appointment, to how I was received, to the ultrasound itself. Tech was pleasant, professional and thorough. My husband has previously been to this clinic for xrays and also reported excellent service. COVID protocols being followed. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with some of the earlier comments about how could there been negative comments. Maybe there is a change of management, who knows?
But based on my experience (I literally just walked out that place). Called yesterday, I got an appointment for today no issue. Checked in, waited 1 min. Did ultrasound and xray, both technician was professional, quiet and nice. I mean, I wasn't looking to make friends, so quiet was good for me.
I was trying to ask how 'bad' my injury is, but the technician was professional and being tide lip, which is the right thing to do.
Overall great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirst place to go for your xray and ultrasound. I was given a time to come and when I showed up she said there is no xray technician. After I told her she said she is very busy and lots of people waiting and was not able to take me. And I should come back tomorrow anytime. Anytime! you weren’t even able to see me at my appointment time. And clearly there was no one else in the clinic. Idiots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give more stars, I would. It’s easy to take the time to write up a nasty review when you are upset with a business but I feel the need to write about why this clinic is amazing and deserves more.
The front line ladies (Ana and Jo) are absolutely fantastic receptionists that take their job seriously. They don’t simply book you in for appointments. They truly go out of their way to help you and accommodate your needs.
I was in a situation where I needed a ultrasound on a specific day and obviously it had to be on a Saturday of a long weekend with no availability anywhere. Ana did everything she could to get me in for my ultrasound and was so understanding and friendly while helping a panicked and emotional me.
On the day of my ultrasound (which required a full bladder), the appointments were running late but Jo called me to let me know they were running behind and to control my water intake. Please tell me of another clinic that would do this!! ??
When I was at the clinic itself, I watched Jo call around to various clinics to try to get a walk in patient an urgent appointment for his father. She didn’t need to do this. She simply could have told him she was booked up. She went beyond the scope of just her job description. She cared!
These ladies make the clinic what it is. I hope the clinic sees what amazing gems these two ladies are. I would go back only because I know I’m in good hands with Ana and Jo.
