★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here for x-ray and ultrasound on my shoulder, I called and made an appointment. Dude on the phone found time for me same day, I showed up an half hour early? I waited 10 minutes maybe and I was in and out, super fast, great bunch of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taken on time. The technician for my ultra sound was very good, informed me of the steps he was doing during my testing. Explained after the doctor examined the results there they would be submitted to my doctor for a results visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In June my family doctor, whose clinic is near Kennedy Road, referred me for an ultrasound to a clinic far away from his clinic, which always referred me, where it was closed that day due to COVID-19, so I had to look for another place and I found it here much closer and much better than before, I have no idea why my doctor never sent me here. When there is a very clean and friendly clinic near him.The only problem was that the clinic did not have my previous reports and my test time was too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for my daughter’s and wife’s ultrasound test. The personal was extremely friendly and supportive. They have a female technician you can choose (if you want to). Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend this place to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic! Friendly staff, helped me when I was not able to print my referral form. Took me at last minute. Receptionist and X-ray tech were really nice and made me feel very comfortable! Would recommend. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

He also kept me waiting 30 minutes in the front lobby while chatting with a technician behind the counter for those 30 minutes!
The clerk deliberately deceived me with his gross dishonesty. I was scheduled for two ultrasounds and I stressed to him the importance of one of them and he assured me that it would be done and that the results would be promptly sent to my specialist. When I completed the first test, the second test could have been conducted with the same technician on the same examination table. But the technician asked me to leave after the first test telling me I would have to come back a second time. So more unnecessary fasting, drinking 1 litre of water...etc. The clerk had told the technician not to conduct the 2'nd test because he was 30 minutes late in accepting me - I had booked 1 week in advance for a morning appointment and I had to wait for 30 minutes in the beginning.
I did not book my second appointment and left in disgust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A highly recommended place for radiology in Greater Toronto Area since all the staffs are friendly and highly professional. In addition, the place is neat and clean and with all the public health measures in place to prevent COVID-19. I visited today and almost a year ago for ultrasound. I have amazing experience in my both visits.
