★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic EVER. Front desk reception wasn't there to sign us in upon arrival so we waited 30+ minutes for her. If I didn't need to have my ultrasound done immediately I would have left. I haven't eaten in over 10 hours and I am starving. The technician and other workers kept coming out,yet didn't seem to mind the growing line in front of reception. Either hire more staff or let go of the incompetent one. I will never return and I suggest no one goes,unless you have plenty time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today to my ultrasound procedure and technician refused the procedure because I don't wear a mask due to my exemption. I put on the face shield thou and they are thinking that they medical experts to decide!
It was a real abuse and I'm going to file a claim with Ontario public health and human rights tribunal.
SHAME ON YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get an x-ray done yesterday and called this clinic. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. They do x-ray's as walk-in's. I went right away and was seen within 5 minutes. Had a really great experience there and was very impressed by the staff's efficiency and friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to see if the ultrasound did walk-ins, and the receptionist lady said they don't. It turned out it was absolutely no problem because she managed to give me an approximate arrival time a couple of hours later. I told her multiple times on the phone what I needed done and confirmed 3 times while on the phone what it was I needed to do to prep for the test.
When I showed up (25mins early) there were only 3 people in the waiting room, and the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone was at her desk texting on her phone or something and didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes. She was abrupt and not very friendly, first of all. She then proceeds to tell me I was not, in fact, supposed to drink water ahead of time, contrary to what she herself told me earlier that morning. She slaps my requisition on the counter and says vague instructions to get to the room. I end up at the walk-in, not understanding her directions. Luckily one of the receptionists from the walk-in was able to direct me to the correct spot. She apologized for the first receptionist telling me she's always rude.
The lab tech, however, was very pleasant and efficient. She was quick and thorough and we had a nice chat.
I'm not sure if I'd choose to come back to this clinic or not. Definitely not if I had other options, anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people who are giving 1 stars are probably the kind of people that wants to get everything their way. I've been coming here for the past 5 years already and I've witnessed (while waiting for my ultrasound) it IS the patients who are RUDE to the staff because most of them, they want to cut the line, not book appointments and they DO NOT SIMPLY READ the instructions when they are literally at the back of the requisition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to get and ultrasound done. The outgoing message says, you must book an appointment for ultrasound then if you wish to leave a message for call back, do so. I left a message, no call back after 2 days. I called again and was able to secure an appointment.
I got there 5 mins early and after I checked in I was called right away. If you are looking for a friend, you’re going to a wrong place. The receptionist is not friendly but she does her job proficiently, I think. The technician smiled and chatted briefly about the weather but did her job without delay.
If the waiting room is a little more spacious and cleaner, I’ll probably give 4. For now, 3 is very generous considering they did not return my call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small waiting space and the lady in the back is a cold one with a staring habit. Casual words are wasted in that place. Lady in the front gave it the extra star I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We book an "appointment" 2 weeks ahead and still waited for 1 hr to get my wife's ultrasound! I mean there's no purpose of "appointment" if you still going to wait for an hour! I personally don't recomend this place, please go somewhere else and the receptionist seems very annoyed at us.
