★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. They are so unprofessional and lie to their patients. My wife and I JUST left the building stressed and sad because they wouldn't tell us the gender of our baby. Everyone we know finds out at the ultrasound, but we have to wait 1-2 days....
The super rude blonde Canadian secretary lady lied to us, telling us that its against the law for them to reveal the gender. It is NOT against the law, but an ethical rule that they follow to avoid terminations. We just wanted to celebrate our baby. My wife is past termination and cant do it if she wanted to! Well, we dont appreciate being lied to! Instead of a day of celebration, we were stressed the whole drive home, and our day was ruined.
I understand the need to lower unnecessary abortions - its a horrible crime and should be illegal. But lieing to a patient and stressing out the mother CARRYING the child is bad too.
Horrible treatment of patient, I hope that blonde snobby paper pusher gets fired. I will advise our Gynecologist to avoid referring ANYONE here as they lie to their patients right to their face. This place will go out of business with this type of treatment towards parents who just want to celebrate their creating life.
Dont believe my review? Look at the other 8! 7 reviews just like mine, and one 5-star review. I would bet my entire lifes savings that the 5-star review is one of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is slacking when it comes to faxing results. I went for a chest x-ray the first time. a week later, I went in for my appointment, no results. My doctor had to call the place directly to get the results asap. Another one is recent, I went for a pelvic ultrasound, a month later into my appointment, same thing happened, NO RESULTS. again, my doctor had to call the place for the results. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer approach is very bad. Front desk staff are very rude towards customer requests. Demanding dollar five for an X-ray report in CD format but who wants CD but never give in paper form. Promising the report will forward to family Doctor but never send after frequent reminders. Avoid this place until they post pleasing staff. I had a very bad experience but I never go this place again and never recommend to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Front desk was extremely busy so it took a couple of minutes to check in but they were very sweet. I was a little nervous, but the tech was very reassuring and he made me feel much more comfortable. The free underground parking was a nice bonus as I went during the ice storm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really surprised by the negative reviews. My experience from the two visits to the Vascular Ultrasound Clinic are just the opposite. From the very start I was greeted by receptionist Abdul, who was extremely patient with me (on my first visit I was quite nervous because it was difficuilt to find the address and I was late), he calmly explained everything to me and despite my delay I was accepted. Dr Ishtiaq was very precise and careful in the first procedure and also the second time dr Alexander who explained what he was doing and answered all my questions competently. Thanks a lot for all to the team! Oh, and also the results were sent to my family doctor hours after the ultrasound!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lab was recommended by my GP’s office, and I was quite nervous after seeing the negative reviews. To my surprise, I had a great experience. The were very accommodating with me changing my appointment date, called me a day prior to confirm the appointment and walked me through the instructions on phone.
On the day of tests, the receptionist greeted us well and was very clear in explaining the process, followed covid protocol to sanitize the pens right infront of our eyes. Technicians for ultrasound and blood work ensured I double check my details. They were courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was 20 mins early for my appointment but despite that, I was attended to very promptly and was able to get my procedure done quickly. As soon as the one before me was done and things sanitized, they didn't make me wait for the exact time of my appointment before having my procedure done. The receptionist who attended to me was very pleasant and I noticed that the other receptionist was likewise very attentive to another client's needs - requesting for a glass of water. The technician- Leila was very professional, she went through what's going to happen, discussed and even explained the procedure after going through standard questions. She asked if I had any concerns and was very responsive and gentle. I'll recommend this place to anyone. It's a very clean place and staff are very cordial and professional.
