J	Jessica Hawkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST experience ever especially as this is my first pregnancy. The ultrasound technician had the worst bedside manners I've ever had to experience. There was absolutely no compassion; lack of explanation; quick judgement without even asking questions. I will refuse a referral to this clinic in the future. Any pregnant or future pregnant mamas id advise you to go elsewhere.

I was able to see and hear the heartbeat, learn the gender, and find out which way she was facing (my last baby was breech). I feel like I was really able to bond with my baby through this ultrasound. Thank you for the good experience.

I was amazed to see the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff, but the most worth mentioning is that the tech who did my ultrasound was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond from start to end of my ultrasound, overall I am more than satisfied with this clinic. Great work, keep the good work up. No doubt it is the best clinic I ever visited in Scarborough. I will definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to this clinic.

Everything goes well until my wife asked for the baby’s pictures the technician handed over 1 blur picture of our baby which was upsetting. I want you to know due to this Pandemic husband’s are not allowed in Scanning room I understand, but please provide at least 3 baby’s pictures. So, that this special moment would be cherished by parents always. Everyone should get couple of free baby’s pictures. Other clinics provide 3-4 free baby pictures each time. Thank you!!

A	A Tall (AT Sénégal) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second appointment there and the two different technicians I met there were UNPROFESSIONAL. I will probably ask my family doctor to send my ultrasound requisitions to another place. As tax payers we are paying for this service and should expect nothing but respect. This guy practically had the door open while I was dressing up, just felt rush to leave after he was done with his work. So no sense of privacy, no explanation of what the protocol is while doing the ultrasounds. They may be good a what they do technically speaking but they need to be retrained on the customer service aspect of their job. This second appointment made me come to this conclusion. The front staff is ok but the technicians are unprofessional. I rarely leave reviews online but yeah they need to work on the culture, have some basic customer services, be courteous, some people never have done ultrasounds before! Hopefully they will take it as constructive criticism and improve on that front.
