Worst experience ever with her clinic. She runs after hours clinic with a team of doctors and when we called there to see her at the after hours clinic the receptionist was unbelievable. She said the doctor said to screen the patient and she will decide if she will see us at the clinic or not. I told her that my husband has had fever all night and no pain killer is working. The receptionist tells me that she will speak to the doctor and call me back in an hour. I was trying to ask her question and she cut me off and tried to end the conversation. I held her on the phone and asked her if we could just come to the clinic as it was Sunday and the clinic was only open 1-5 and it was already 1:40pm. She said not to come to the clinic as doctor is not in the office and don’t know if she will be coming in to the office. I asked her if we can visit another walk-in clinic and she said it’s up to us to deal with our family doctor as they run the after hours clinic. For those who don’t know if your doctor runs after hours clinic and you go to walk-in clinics they get charged and tell you not to do that. The receptionist called me 1&1/2 later and asks since when was my husband on antibiotics. I said he’s not on any medication and needs to see a doctor as he has fever since last night. I said I have been trying to explain to you since the very first call this morning and she cut me off and she said the doctor will give you a call back. I asked when will the doctor call us back as it’s almost 3 pm and I need to decide if we can go to other walk-in before all clinics close as it’s Sunday and all clinics close early. She again cut me off and said doctor will call you back right now she’s busy with patients and ended the call. So we decided to go to any walk-in which turned out to be the right decision as the doctor called us at 6pm. So as an after hours clinic you’re committed to provide service to us after hours & you don’t even let us come to the clinic and we are supposed to wait all day with high fever????! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service is lousy and the receptionist is equally lousy with only one sided communication. She not only doesn’t pay attention to what you’re saying but cuts you off while you’re expressing your concern. This is how you screen the patient. I wouldn’t ever visit a doctor like this.

Dr. Meneses is the best doctor! She is very knowledgeable, kind, attentive, compassionate, skillful, professional, and understanding. She really cares about her patients. My family and I have been going to Dr. Meneses for over 20 years and words cannot begin to describe how grateful we are to her. Like I said, she is the absolute best! Her staff is also wonderful and caring.

Dr. Gloria Meneses my family doctor for almost 22 years! The Best ever and so with Dr. Carol. And of course I will not forget her amazing secretary Laura, she is very straight forward and very thorough, that's what I love about her. :) keep up the good work!

The facility never answers their phone during business hours and the voice mail box is always full. They also don’t return your emails after many follow ups. I’ve been trying to get a requisition for orthotics the last 2 months. They asked me to come into their office to pick up the requisition and that they charge $20 for it. Why can’t you email it and accept payment over the phone? This should not be an unreasonable request with the pandemic going on. Less people in your facility for these type of requests should be considered.
