a	abhi reddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met doctor Henen Raafat for eye pain and floaters. No concern for patients problem, just came in and out after waiting for 2 hours. Examined my eyes for 3-4 mins and no questions asked as he rushed out to the next patient. Hope doctor develops some skills to make patients understand, instead of rushing them. good luck
T	TheBest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place recently and noted the receptionist who has a birthmark mark on her hand is very rude toward patients. The management should address and correct this issue immediately. People do not visit a doctor for fun and they should be treated with dignity, Specially I observed that seniors are targeted the most, by this rude lady. Also, management should know they are no place for this type of rude behavior in a civilized society.

The specialist seems in a rush sometimes because of all the other commitment he has, but will make sure that your eyes are in great condition and nothing to worry. Not all patients have the same diagnosis so they must understand that the level of treatment and care are different for each individual. Hence, the long queue. There are just rude patients that always expect a VIP Treatment and always inconsiderate in terms of waiting times and following the rules. People, There is a pandemic! You must understand that everything works different now because of all the extra measures. If you cant respect the clinic’s rules, then find another doctor that will suit your standards.

However she kept receiving 2 minutes calls from the doctor during Covid so he can continue to earn fee without doing nothing. What a shame of a place.
S	Shefali Bahal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this Eye Clinic for a few years now and so far, my experience has always been good. They are located on the 2nd floor, Unit #203. The inside waiting room is nice, if you have an appointment you usually don't have to wait too long. Parking is a bit annoying, because you need to get a parking pass from the Security Desk and put it in your dashboard.
M	Mya Rav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists are rude and bad at their job. My mom (61 F) had a cataract surgery and after being postponed several times she finally got her appointment. We don’t know anything about the process and my mom doesn’t speak English very well so it was a lot for our family to take in. She had her surgery yesterday and so she needed to go into her check up appointment today. The doctor yelled at us saying we couldn’t follow the instructions on the drops she needed. We weren’t even given the drops. We weren’t told which we needed except one. My mom is in a lot of pain and she’s all swollen today. Instead of helping us, the receptionists yelled at us further, stating it’s our fault for not knowing and that they had sent us the prescriptions. It’s literally crossed out so of course our pharmacy didn’t give us everything. After we left SHE CALLED MY DAD TO BERATE US FURTHER. She yelled at him saying it was again our fault and that we need to read carefully next time. This whole process was so stressful. Save your time and your breath. This place is so not worth it.

I’m not sure if the receptionists have been there for a long time, but I love their team dynamic. They answered all of my inquiries and accommodated my requests to change appointments, if I have conflict. They are very jolly and enthusiastic too, so this sets the mood of all of the patients waiting to see the doctors. I also really want to commend Dr. Labib for providing education to me re: my eye condition, care needs, appointment frequency clarification, etc. I highly recommend their healthcare service to anyone.
