He was there when we had questions and concerns and he was able to assist us promptly by text or phone call which is key as the others always went to vm and took their sweet time responding. working wit kajan was easy, very informative . efficient and with confidence. He made sure that he checked all the boxes on our needs and he followed through! The process was smooth and without stress I must say and it was the very first time in our history of working with brokers that we felt that way so it is a must that my future business with mortgages will be going back to kajan

There was a lot of things we did not understand. Kajan and Sabina was there to explain them all. Kajan helped us on what house we could afford and Sabina was there for the buying side process that helped get our mortgage approved and ready. They are proactive people and my wife and I appreciated how efficient they were. They made the process less stressful and easier. They made themselves available to our every needs. We recommend them to everybody.

Varan and Sabina have worked relentlessly with various lenders and especially to fulfill conditions. iConnect is where they burn the midnight oil to complete the file on time. Sabina would never feel annoyed on my repeated calls, and she would respond very calmly to our all anxious inquiries and sometimes 50 phone calls a day! We are forever grateful to Sabina and Varan.
