The secretary of this office is very rude and rude to the patients. Her dad may be a good doctor but the daughter's attitude scares the patients.

She is SO RUDE NO TO ME TO ALL People, I don't know why she is here, and the worst thing is that we can't complain because the doctor is her father ?????
D	Deals on Wheels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with this doctor over 3 decades. Hes the best but unfortunately he's got the worst receptionist ever. Wont return messages, wont answer calls. Rude and full of excuses.

M	María S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with Dr. Alexov, Cathering her nurse that is super kind and professional, and the new receptionist that always picks up the phone and try to find the best appointment to us. Really happy with all the team.
L	Laura Camila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor himself is alright but his receptionist is just awful. She just so happens to be his daughter so I guess she just doesn't feel compelled to do a good job. She's often rude when answering calls and questions. Wait times are ridiculously long too. Most people go here because he's one of the few doctor's in the area that speaks Spanish. Unless this is a requirement for you avoid this place.

Dr Alexov doesn’t care about the patients he does not have patience and only cares about the money . He does not respect his patients .This is unbelievable. His daughter is very rude and a lier and attempts to blame you. The wait time is very ridiculously long to avoid this place and terrible doctor. When the secretary responds the call she is very rude. The doctor always is protecting her .and when the doctor sees you it is very rushed and fast . I would report him
