★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst, irresponsible and unaccountable customer service agents with no sense of mannerism and phone etiquette.
1. First customer service agent put me on hold for 11 min to look into my file, which was very unreasonable! Proof is screenshot below.
After getting back on the phone, gave misinformation that my cardiac reports were sent over the night earlier to my doctor I was referred by. When I called back to my doctor's office, I was told they received no report from CorCare Centenary yet.
2. When I called Corcare Centennary back again mentioning about the discrepancy in information that the receptionist provided over the phone in the first place, the 2nd receptionist now said I don't know who received called the last time, there are many receptionist here. When I said, it doesn't matter who received the call, what matters is the right piece of information, then she said ok, I will fax again to your referred doctor right away! There was no apology, no sorry for the back and forth hovering of a patient waiting to just get a small simple piece of information of whether the test reports are sent over to her doctor or not!
Ridiculous to say even after 3 hrs of saying so my reports were still hanging to be sent over to my Referred doctor.
