Wish the receptionist would be more kind and patient. It makes patients, especially new ones very hesitant and scared to ask any questions, when the front desk receptionist is so rude and blunt. You represent the doctor and if you cant be empathetic or have basic customer service working with patients, how can anyone come see the doctor. Hire more people to work at the front or learn to manage your workload better. No need to be rude to anyone that calls in!

worst receptionist and service i have ever received. i was yelled at and belittled and told i cannot get my file because i didn’t meet with the doctor. i will never step foot back in this hospital again. they need to work ont heir customer service. not to mention i was waiting 45 mins after my scheduled appointment time and still did not see the doctor. wasn’t given a name or anything. i would not recommend.

She is just amazing! Very knowledgeable, good listener, very accurate in her diagnosis, punctual, cares for your patients. I am currently seeing various specialists and Dr Hug is the only one who ranks as a 5stars (more like a 6stars).

I work for a doctor's clinic. I'm a receptionist as well. I called and was nice, but then when I said, "May we ask if you could see one of our patients for an urgent referral?" I was answered with a stern, rude and sarcastic tone ... FOR WHAT!!!??? I can't help but just say bluntly "Oh you are so rude, and I can't talk to you." I feel sorry for doing that, but this clinic is not worth our referral. I know working as receptionist can become very stressful, really - but don't add on to it by having a negative attitude. Whoever you are, kindly be nicer.

Dr. Huh is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s beyond knowledgeable and even during a time of panic (for me), she remained calm. I’m so happy she was my OB. I try to tell all my friends to get a referral for her.

Dr huh is a wonderful doctor helped us through out the pregnancy journey and delivered our baby this summer. She is very polite and always on top of her things, she review reports right away and inform her patients on updates. Receptionist Lisa is very kind as well. I would recommend doctor huh to all first time parents. We had to do a sesection and doctor huh did the surgery even though Dr Mah was the duty doctor on that day. I recommend the whole team in birthing centre as everyone was very kind and helpful through out all the processes

This is a very honest review . My experience at this OB has not been the best. I felt like I was alone & Having to wait 30-1Hr On each appointment and not being able to see the doctor has left me anxious . If you are a first time mom or young mother I would not recommend this place . I truly believe pregnancy is a very vulnerable and sensitive time in ones life and everyone deserves to feel heard and comfortable . At my last appointment there was 1 hour wait with over 6 pregnant woman waiting on my appointment time cramped in an small office during Covid. A pregnant woman got up to Use the washroom and the receptionist asked the rest of us where she had went and we told her the washroom, she then said THATS TOO BAD FOR HER NEXT! And the poor lady lost her spot , I then left because I was 1 hour late for work and very hungry and couldn’t wait any longer . Caroline herself is nice but I haven’t been able to build a connection unfortunately + having a secretary that isn't respectful To the ladies when she’s under pressure (having a busy day) just ruins your appointment and leaves you emotional at the end of the day. I would recommend elsewhere please read reviews every woman deserves a Sweet and comforting medical team during her pregnancy good luck !

Dr. Huh is the calm and composed every time I visited her. I was referred to her for my pregnancy indeed it was my first one. Dr. Huh Very knowledgeable and she understood my body and she was guiding and treating me accordingly. I was recommended Dr. Huh by my family doctor.. I had a very smooth pregnancy and hands down to the doctor. And speaking about receptionist she was good as well and I did not had any issue… one thing I need life - if u treat someone good they will treat u back the same way… everything matters¡
