★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Ulana B.Kawun recently performed a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on me.A hiatus hernia has been detected.Due to G.E.R.D,a hernia could progress to become a strangulated hernia which could be life threatening.I found Dr.Kawun to be a caring and most competent physician, whom I can trust to address the issues I have mentioned.Fortunately so far no cancer or internal bleeding has been found.

Went for a result, did not schedule an examination but offered to have me check right away on what's affecting me. Thank you doctor. Need to have more doctors like you in our health care system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to express my thanks to Dr. Kawun who recently performed gall bladder surgery on me. She is very professional, told me exactly what she thought she would have to do as my case was complicated because I am morbidly obsese. She is not the warm, fuzzy type, but I didn't need her to be my best friend - I got what I needed, a good, professional surgeon who came to see me in recovery & my husband who was in the waiting room. She arranged for me to be admitted where I was looked after by the wonderful nurses on 5th floor of CENTENNARY hospital.
