S	Samia Hoque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called & they illegally denied me access to healthcare on the basis that they wanted my previous medical records in order to fulfill a simple ultrasound requisition. Its a prenatal scan, so pregnant women don't have time to waste waiting weeks to get all previous records from other clinics & care providers just for a simple ultrasound (these are time sensitive). They actually cannot ask for that information either because they are not doctors, and I do not have any formal patient relationship with them. Just needed an ultrasound requisition to be fulfilled.

You would think that they would have an attitude with me like many other clinics, but Naheed is such a sweet soul. She is very patient and ensure that patients are comfortable. Great receptionists are hard to find these days. Great customer service Naheed, keep it up.

Officer at the reception is doing a big task. I feel she is well experienced lady. She is doing her duty very well. Also the other officer who did my test was kind and helpful. Keep it up this good service. Good luck. ?

This morning I went there for ultrasonography. The technician lady seems like she knows nothing about her profession. She took almost one hour time to do the ultrasound. She did hundreds of work all the time but did not focus on main issue what she really need to do. I am very much disappointed for this.

While I book the appointment, I requested 4 times to know the gender of baby before confirming the appointment date and time. Even I asked that do I need to provide any special request from my doctor. Receptionist told me no need of anything and just inform the technician while scanning. But after finished the scanning the technician was so rude and stubborn to inform the baby gender. Not recommended. Receptionist is not doing the job properly and technicians are rude.

So friendly and assured me everything looks normal and perfect with my baby, even when baby wouldn’t cooperate the tech was very patient and offered me to stretch/go to the bathroom or grab a snack next door etc. I felt listened to and wanted here. Will continue to use this clinic for my pregnancy and any future pregnancy

The technician there - Bengali-speaking, dark hair to her shoulder, wears glasses is one of the most rude technicians I have ever come across. She should not be practicing in any way - not only is she incapable at being well mannered but also is aggressive with her work and created an unnecessary risk of damaging the pregnancy with her heavy handed ultrasound work. She pushed down when she shouldn't and aggressively inserted her tools when she needed to be careful. I will be asking my Doctor to recommend a different clinic because of her inability to do her job properly; and I will consider raising this issue with the governing body. No one deserves to be treated like this lady treats people. Learn to maintain quality control at your clinic. To the owner claiming this is a fake review - I visited your business recently. There is no way I would know this level of detail if I had not visited your business. Learn to take criticism instead of bad mouthing your customers. There is no reason to leave a fake review for an insignificant business like yours unless there was actual disappointment with your service. Clown.
