★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Dr Iqbal personally called me to apologize for the inconvenience. I realize the prescription sending issue is not uncommon in Canadian healthcare.
DO NOT GO HERE Extremely poor service, takes more than 2 weeks to fax prescription to pharmacy. Honestly I was in dire need of the medication and they would not help. Also i won’t not recommend Dr. Shalikah Iqbal. I understand everyone is working from home but getting a hold of her is near impossible now a days. And even if you get a phone appointment, her kids are screaming in the background you cannot hear her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all very hard to talk to someone for appointments. They don't attend the phone calls.
Secondly very hard to see the family doctor...(Dr Vishal is my family Doctor) because family doctor is only sitting in the clinic once in a week..which is Sunday and to see him patient need to call first same day between certain timings to have an appointment only for that day.. no advance appointments at all. .. to whom should I approach to resolve my medical issues..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptions are worst. Always I call to make an appointment to meet my family doctor they speaking rode way and make me three day for kids sickness.
It happened two times and I obligated go to emergency but the issue could be resolved by my family doctor.
I don’t lose my doctor but Still I m worried how I stay this Medical centre because of this misbehaving receptionist.

I found him to have a listening ear and has your best interest at heart.
He is constantly improving his clinic with services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk customer service is the worst!. I called many time trying to book an appointment with my family doctor who I've had for many years and cannot get through. The automated voicemail gives you the instructions, which I followed. I stayed on the line, someone picks up the line and hangs up. It happened at least 5 times! Then I downloaded their app, I was trying to sign up, theres a pop up where it says I cannot register! I went to their website, still cannot get through! I will call the the and make a report about this! So ridiculous. I've been trying to book for the last 6mos! I need to see my family doctor! The worst medical clinic I've ever seen! So unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their board shows Walk in clinic but without appointment they don't take...... what is walk in meaning....?
As owner mentioned they will take Walk in from May 10/ 2022 with new Dr. I would like these positive steps from management will help people in our area who needs urgent care and medication. Thanks for being sensitive towards human care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Afshan Azam is a wonderful doctor, I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years now and I have zero complaints. However, over the last year it has become nearly impossible to get a hold of the clinic and speak to a receptionist to get an appointment with her. I understand the clinic has many patients, but the current receptionist system does not work. There are so few of them working at one time, it's no wonder they cannot handle all the patient calls coming in. Especially considering that many in-person appointments must be booked the day you want to see the doctor, which makes it difficult to ever get an appointment. I used to love this clinic because it was easier to get in to see your doctor than my previous one, unfortunately that is not the case anymore.
