I recommend Social Worker Dorothee Chopamba to any one.
She is the best in her field. She's very compassionate, supportive,
understanding, welcoming and most of all, helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a volunteer with this organization for about 3 months. The staff work hard and have a genuine interest in the well-being of the community members they serve. More importantly, I see how the programs greatly benefit the clients, whether they are coming in for medical consultations or emotional support. If you want to feel good about yourself, volunteer with this organization. You'll be paid with lots of smiles and thank you's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most racist, toxic, insecure and petty management in a “ non-profit” setting I have worked with (worked with many). I felt so disrespected and had to deal with lots of passive aggressive remarks and snide and condescending tones. I had to seek counselling afterwards for the emotional stress, anxiety and basically trauma I had to deal with. Their HR is equally cunning and complacent because of course it is easy to justify or swept any wrong doing under the rug. Btw over 90% of the organization's front line staff are minorities but it just so happen that those at the management level are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond disappointed with the services of this community health centre. I have been attending this community centre for a few years and have not received the level of care that I would expect in a country like Canada.
The physicians have zero compassion and give you attitude if you have any questions or request a second opinion, the social worker completely abandoned me after 2 sessions and said she would follow up in a week, I never heard back from her - it's been 6 months. Instead of discussing my issues she told me to "go meditate" with no instruction or direction. The dietitian completely disregards her appointments and doesn't call when she books you in for an appointment - it's happened three times already.
This is a great place if you're a newcomer to Canada and you have zero expectations for health care and want the bare minimum effort with no apologies for wasting your time. As someone that works in healthcare I am truly appalled by this community health centre as it seems they forgot what the meaning of "client-centered" is. I wouldn't have been as judgmental if it was only one health care professional, but it appears to be a trend across the whole organization. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. The doctor won't give me the meds I need. She never refills my meds on time. Their reception is horrible. Always an issue with the fax machine. You have request refills a week early and call them 10 times to make sure they refill it in time, every single time, an issue. They set me up 3 appointments they either canceled or changed without telling me. Im still waiting for specialist that just left. Dr Raveen.
