★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service,Dr asking questions that are not even related to medical. Sick leave note too very expensive charging $30 for a sick note,haven't paid or heard about paying $30 for a sick note. It was my first experience and the last one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with other patients as to rude, very bad service and ignorant, it says open until 3 on a Saturday and accepting new patients and as I go in at 2:30 they say there closed and that they do not accept new patients. WHAT A JOKE of a walk-in!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (NO STARS). Very rude doctor! he was actually yelling at me because I had questions. he's lucky I didn't PUNCH him in the throat! I also suspect him of defrauding O.H.I.P. I reported him to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. (NO STARS)

The reception have no manners and honestly if you try to let them know about a bad experience in their clinic they will blame you instead and will never ever take the suggestion for improvement infact let you know that you need to change. Doctor instead being humble are cooperative are more of non-serious attitude and RUDE!!. PLEASE!! visit some-other place that can give better solution to your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book an appointment as it says on their tamil newspaper ad that if you go in with an appointment its less than 20 minutes wait time but end up waiting 1.5 h. The secretary has no professionalism and very rude. When I asked her about wait time she said its a walk in but then why do you book appointments... its dirty, has no automatic door but it should as I had a stroller and its a medical clinic so you should know all kind of ppl show up so it should be convenient, it was smelling paint....they should set it up properly before opening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst walk in clinic in Scarborough. There is limited consistency as to when the doctors are available. If you're 1 minute late for your APPOINTMENT expect to have to wait an extra 1.5 hours for everyone who walked in after you with no warning. The doctor doesn't take your health seriously and is quick to dismiss your concerns. Zero professionalism and the receptionist has no business dealing with the public. What a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at 11:30 on a Tuesday, waited about 20-30 min to see a doctor. The staff was friendly and genuine also the doctor was honest and understanding. I've been to many walk in clinics this by far was my best experience. Quick, friendly and professional!

I have since been to the clinic and its still very clean, quick and professional. 100% my new go to!
