Black receptionist was extremely rude and made me chug 10 cups of water and got mad at me for not calling back to ask for the instruction---- And then the ultrasound lady didn't explain how to put on the gown.Don't go here go somewhere else.

Impeccably clean and well managed. Staff is profesional and polite. Buses 34,100, 25, 925 run by the area. 2021 October, some construction on corner, might cause issues for anyone with mobility issues using public transit. Parking available in small lot.

There is clear signage stating the standard clinic policies (technicians will not discuss sex of baby etc.) as well as policies and procedures for Covid-19. Everything was clean and organized, from the waiting rooms, to the exam rooms, to the bathrooms. The receptionists and technicians have been very courteous, professional and polite. Before each ultrasound the tech explained what was going to happen, and what to expect (I will not be talking throughout the ultrasound, it will take approximately X minutes etc.) I felt completely at ease throughout the process and left each appointment feeling confident that I would return for my next ultrasound.
J	Jotaro Kujo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really really rude receptionist and she was eating on her desk while there were patients coming in/being assist. like at least follow the safety protocols when we’re literally in the middle of pandemic. the radiologist was also very very rude. she told me to take my time to put the gown on with NO explanation and a minute later, she was rushing me in such a rude manner. i wish i could give this zero stars and i really do not recommend anyone booking this place. please i urge you to go somewhere else.

I booked an appointment online and received a phone call within 48 hours confirming the details and clearly explaining how I had to prepare for my scan. I've been here twice now for abdominal ultrasounds and both times I found the staff professional, friendly and thorough (and the place was also immaculately clean with good Covid protocols). I will certainly come back here next time I need a scan

Last week I had an appointment for a pelvic ultrasound but hadn't drank enough water to do the scan. The ultrasound technician gave me some water and patiently waited for my bladder to fill. She went the extra mile and I appreciated her care. She made sure she did a good scan for me. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, not rude but to the point. I will go here again.
