★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company badly miscalculated pickup times. We waited for half an hour at the airport killing time to accommodate the last scheduled pickup. I would happily have spent the extra time with my daughter. Will try Prairie Sprinter next time.

Incident occurred in Calgary 19st and 16 ave.
When called the company the woman that answered the line would say yeah yeah yeah when I attempted to explain what happened.
Which is definitely not what a mother wants to hear when one of their workers could have killed her child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good comfortable trip for 3 hours, but I don’t understand why the driver and company:
a) the driver didn’t offer a receipt unless we ask
b) the driver said the company has this hard and fast rule that they cannot stop before my scheduled stop when doing so could save time for me, the other passenger, and the driver, AND when I was the 2nd last passenger; and so I had to walk doubling back from where we had driven by, and
c) the driver couldn’t remember that I paid for my trip, asking me to pay at our first stop. Receipt is a must and so I suggest asking for one always.
This shuttle service needs more flexibility and more discretion to be exercised.
Suggestion for J&L: add a few more stops , at least a few small/quick ones for these types of situations. I’m sure the numerous gas stations would work for all parties involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and reserved a trip with them to medicine hat on a friday and return trip Sunday. I wasn't sure what time on Sunday so I woke up at 7am. No answer, I called every hour on the hour until 10 am! Only to be told that I wasn't scheduled and that they had already left for the day! I then asked what they could do to compensate me for this they said I didn't schedule a trip! Which is completely false anyone could tell that by simply calling and booking, they always ask you if you will be needing a return trip! You really think I would actually say no. I'd like to be stuck out here in medicine hat and possibly lose my job!!!!!!!!!!!! So bottom line I am stuck in medicine hat because this company!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price. Showed up right on time. Very friendly and personable. My low score was due to the seat I ended up in. The very back corner. There is a wheel well or something so no leg space at all. This seat is barely acceptable for a small child. The 4 of us across the back were crammed together. It was pretty terrible. I would challenge the owners to ride there for two hours.
