About River Ridge Seniors Village
I posses more than 25 years of progressive experience in the hospitality field. Started my career in 1992 and in 1997 I started an interesting journey to explore the world. I held executive positions in some of the world’s finest luxury hotels. I hold an MBA in International Hospitality & Service Industries Management from Glion Institution of Higher Education.
Hotel industry was badly impacted by covid 19, I decided to have a career shift and realized that the seniors’ homes would be the best alternative. I got so lucky to join the Park Place Seniors Living company. I do strongly believe that leadership is the same and a good leader is meant to lead in different environments. Spending over two decades in hotels management, I managed to settle arguments and squabbles, what kept me getting up each day full of passion was the ability to make a difference, impact, and influence in people’s life, in particular the guests, my team and now I am applying the same on my residents and family members. I surrounded myself with employees who always have the “to-do” attitude because with the team spirit, better is always possible.
I see seniors’ homes business is the industry where hospitality shakes hands with health care, it is an amazing combination and I am thrilled to obtain the philosophy, mission, and principles of Park Place Seniors Living and make sure that they are reflected throughout our daily interactions here at the River Ridge Seniors Village. I am the Alumni Ambassador for Glion in Canada and an Advisory Committee Member of Capilano University in Vancouver, BC.
