a	amyn haji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place 3 years ago when looking for a place for my sister from her temporary stay at a rehab hospital. The staff at the open house was very friendly. Many of them have been there for over 20 years and that is a testament to the excellent service they provide. It is a rare home that is based on the ground floor and as such easy to get around in. Highly recommended

All staff were ready to assist me or direct me to the correct person or place. The accommodations were comfortable and easy for me to use my walker and wheelchair. My career was in healthcare and I found the staff to be genuinely concerned and caring and ready to answer all questions. The meals were well planned, nutritious and delicious! Any medical concerns I had were explained or I was referred to the correct staff member. l found all departments to be very accommodating. I would recommend this facility highly. Betty Manchulenko

It is a perfect location in which to move your elderly loved ones. During these difficult times, Rayoak has been exemplary in keeping their residents safe and healthy by going above and beyond. Barbara Gotsulsky, the Sales/Lifestyle Consultant, is very personable and thorough in presenting all the outstanding aspects of Rayoak. She is fabulous as are all the staff. S	Senior Care Connect on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been working with Rayoak and Barb(Sales consultant) for a few years now, as they put on great education events for their residents, families and general community members. Rayoak also is one of the few senior homes that have been able to, and continue to, keep their residents healthy/safe during these difficult times! They offer a lovely quaint residence, which is all on one level (which is rare for most homes)! If you're looking for a residence for yourself or loved one definitely reach out to Barb( she's amazing)!
C	Christine C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rayoak Place Retirement Residence is a hidden gem in North York. It is small and quaint and is always clean, bright and cheerful. It also offers the convenience of living on one level. No elevators or stairs for residents to navigate. I often refer clients to Rayoak because they take special care to always make the clients feel safe and happy. I have attended several events there and the staff is always warm and welcoming and their food is great. Barbara (Sales Consultant) is always available to ensure that prospective residents/families are given the requisite information in order to make their decision and when they are ready to move in Barbara is available to make the transition welcoming. I have had the opportunity to speak with some residents over the years and they do enjoy residing at Rayoak and they really feel "at home". I would recommend Rayoak Place. Give Barbara a call.

The staff go above and beyond to help my Mum, even putting colored tape on the doorways so that she would not walk into them. The staff have really done everything in their power to successfully keep covid out of the home. They are very professional but kind and caring as well. An added bonus is that the residence is beautiful; light and airy and all on one floor. The food is also great. I would recommend this residence to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved ones. Debbie
T	Tarra Koutis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 stars! Hidden Little One-Story Gem of a retirement home. Fantastic little hidden gem in North York on the cusp of Scarborough.. My aunt was there for a few years, and absolutely loved it. The staff went out of their way for her and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable when moving in. Even though this year was a heck of a different year than most, they have remained incident-free and have kept the outside, out the whole time and continue to do so from what I hear…. And as difficult of a year as it was, they have held strong and kept all of their staff and residents safe. Although my aunt is no longer there, I hear they are still doing a great job! The food is good, and the place is kept exceptionally clean and I can’t say enough how welcoming the whole team there are. Also, no elevators or stairs, which made it a lot easier for my aunt to get around in her wheelchair. Great Job Rayoak Place, Great Job Revera! Keep it up guys! TK

Our mother was hospitalized in Feb./21 for 2 wks, after which she was in too poor condition to return home. We had passed this home countless times and never even noticed it until our mom needed it. It's clean, well kept, easily accessible on one floor, with charming decor. The staff are caring, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their residents as well as their caregivers. The food is delicious and you can choose from an a la carte menu if something doesn't appeal to you. Sadly, our mom passed in May, but we are confident that Rayoak Place was the best choice for her final days!
