NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE that is my experience. Landlord open the door with their key and asked the permission to come inside. If we were not there I can imagine what they will do. They are saying they left the 24 hour notice one week ago. But we didn't received that one. Anyway after that incident we are not feeling SAFE and NO PRIVACY as well.
